4 lbs. flank or skirt steak, cut into strips 3 inches wide
1 cup shoyu (soy sauce)
1 cup sugar
1 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sesame oil
2 TBSPs toasted sesame seeds
2 TBSPs brandy (optional)
2 hot red peppers, seeded and chopped (optional)
1/2 cup honey
In a large bowl combine steak and all ingredients except honey. Marinate for 48 hours in the refrigerator, turning 4 or 5 times. Place on rack in 225 degree oven for 4 to 5 hours, turning once. Baste with honey about 10 minutes before removing from oven. Slice thinly to serve. Onolicious!
